Hello and welcome!
I’m Trinity, and I’m excited to share things I do to be more eco-friendly and intentional. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, which I plan on utilizing when discussing the importance of mindset, being intentional, and even how product ingredients may affect our brain health. I hope that my site will be able to help you start your journey to living more intentionally. I know how overwhelming it can be at first because I’ve been through it. I tried to make too many changes at once and couldn’t stay consistent. No need to fear, I’m here to help you take things one step at a time!
I designed a digital planner to help myself stay organized and consistent. I felt like a lot of planners were lacking things that I wanted such as a habit tracker and goal setting template. My planner has extra pages that most planners don’t have for planning all areas of life. You can find it here!
Get to know me!
I want to share 10 fun facts about myself so you can get to know me better. I want my site to be a place where we can all be friends, support each other, and share things as we learn!
1. I am a preschool teacher
I currently work full-time as a preschool teacher. Although it can be exhausting, it is also very rewarding and a ton of fun!
2. I want to live in a van
Van life has been my dream since high school! Having the flexibility to decide how long you want to stay in an area while having the comforts of your own home has always sounded like the perfect way to travel. I also want to experience living in so many different places, and van life would allow me to do that.
3. My favorite season is fall
I may be a little biased on this one because my birthday is during fall, but nothing beats the beauty of all of the colorful leaves!
4. I love to cook
For the past few years, I have been getting more into cooking. Trying out new recipes and techniques has been so much fun!
5. My happy place is outside
When I am surrounded by nature, I always feel more at peace and have clearer thoughts.
6. I was born with club feet
I had to wear casts and had multiple surgeries on my feet during the first year of my life. My doctors said that I might never be able to run, but I can run and walk completely normal. I just need more support in my shoes, but otherwise, the treatment I had as a baby was a success in ensuring I could walk and run normally!
7. I have been to 22 states
I have never been out of the country, but I have been rather fortunate to travel quite a bit. Most of the trips I’ve taken have been road trips which allowed for more stops and exploring! The green states are the ones that I’ve lived in, and the blue ones are ones that I have traveled to. I didn’t count any states that I drove through but didn’t stop to do anything in.
8. My favorite hobbies are reading and skiing
I used to beg my parents for more books at bedtime. Now as an adult, I often push back my bedtime or am tempted to neglect my responsibilities so I can read (sometimes a book is just too good not to). I learned how to ski when I was 3 years old. It has become a lifelong sport that I love and will teach my kids someday!
9. I want to live in the mountains
My family and I lived in Montana for around six years when I was a toddler to mid-elementary age. I completely fell in love with the mountains and we have since taken many trips to explore the mountains in Montana, Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. There’s just something about staring at the mountains that helps me to put everything into perspective.
10. My guilty pleasure is chocolate ice cream
I have a major sweet tooth, and chocolate ice cream with brownie bites and fudge swirls is my favorite sweet treat!
